All the staff I came into contact with were very professional and courteous. The video from the mechanic who did my MOT was very interesting and reassuring. As the service was excellent,I cannot think of anything that would improve my customer experience.

From the very start you have been excellent. We were looking for test drives last summer and most dealers were indifferent and unhelpful, but we came to Bristol Street and you could not have done more for us. From showing 'similar' cars on the forecourt so we could shortlist our needs, through to actually taking a brand new car out the showroom, removing the stickers off the windscreen and adding fuel then saying 'go take it for a drive, take at least 30 minutes' - was incredible and made us feel valued and definitely sealed the deal. Also we got a great price.
