Worst service ever! Made appointment for the car after several conversations. Asked regarding the deposit on numerous conversations. Travelled over 100 miles to view the car to be sold it was told when I arrived. The car was being driven off when I got there! Do not trust this company. Feed you false promises!

Thank you very much to Derbyshire Elite Car Sales for my new car, and for delivering it to me as well. It's an absolutely beautiful car, just as described. I am very happy with it, and with the whole service from them. Every staff member I spoke to was so helpful, professional, and polite. The car is in an absolute excellent condition. They went above and beyond for me, as I live quite away from them, and had no transport to collect the car. They were so quick to dealing with the finance, paperwork, home delivery, etc, and whilst sorting all that was always keeping me updated, putting my mind at ease with it all. Thank you for an overall amazing service! I will definitely be recommending yourselves if anyone needs to upgrade their car.

Highly recommended Trader with great after sales. Selling cars is one thing but how you deal with issues after the car sale is completed is another. This is when your true colours really shine. The Hyundai i30 was presented well any issue was sorted. After purchasing discovered a fault which was easily overlooked. Bought it to there attention they where quick dealing with the issue putting my mind at ease. Communication was immediate at all times having spoken to different family members, and staff they were all up to speed. Professional & Trusted Dealer highly recommended.
