I have worked with Flint Enterprises several times since 2009 primarily in my role in the Aviation industry. In all occasions I have found them very professional and in particular very skilled and helpful in setting up project governance. Anthony, in particular is skilled in the BoK, business process improvement and has excellent facilitation skills and techniques. I employed Flint Enterprises Ltd. on behalf of Severn Trent Water to lead an industry wide technology driven project that required development and implementation of an enhanced IT system to support our priority vulnerable customers. Flint Enterprises Ltd. ensured successful delivery within a sAFE agile framework, drawing on a breadth of experience to ensure business requirements were gathered effectively and prioritised to meet business needs and expectations. Flint enterprises worked alongside the Agile scrum master and software developer scrum teams acting as both an agile project manager and product owner to ensure a solution was delivered to the business with sufficient development and testing to meet the outcomes of the project.
