        I have been signed up to Umbrella Care for several months now and had very few issues. Any problems have been dealt with quickly & efficiently. I am getting regular payments without any problems and at a very reasonable rate. It is always easy to contact them if necessary via telephone

        I haven't got paid until today instead of paying on Friday and rang them on Saturday told me they pay me late on Saturday but nothing and if they pay on friday pay you very late I will found different company I can't be deal with this every week and next week I have to cancel my shift because I didn't pay childcare because of them . Please avoid this company

        Very unprofessional and don't care about its members. You can request for your payslip and they will never do it for you. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Very crafty people
