Purchased a kitchen, had a problem with quality and a faulty drawer. Despite 2 year quality guarantee the aftercare service has been horrendous. Has taken over 8 months, several calls and trips to the stores and still not resolved..

Just paid this parasite company the parking charges for taking too long with my shopping. I only hope it helps with the operating costs as judging by the reviews, things are not going too well. I try to get by on a pension by doing a little DIY but hey...I'll stop there as who cares?

RUDE STAFF Customer service training needed. Very disappointed with the shop floor staff. I asked a stock location question to THREE separate workers and none of them would take me to the product or give an accurate answer. Two of them only spoke to me from a seated position on the floor as they carried on stacking the shelves and the other wouldnt even look at me and seemed very impatient. Only helpful one was Linda on the customer service desk, she said she was new but helped massively. Training In customer service needed desperately. Im not one for leaving negative reviews but this needs mentioning. Thanks
