One of the best and toughest places to go boxing in derby, good trainer, equipment and good for your health. I recommend you go, if you want to be a boxer. Although I do recommend using gum shields for sparring but everything 10/10, Thank you Ovill McKenzie.

White collar boxing really basic and bad unprofessional coach's shouting at kids in loud manner got kids sparring without gum shields bigger kids beating inexperienced little kids up totally no regards for their safety filthy music blasting when Children are training! Over priced women sitting around chit chatting stirring causing arguements between men definitely no good if you or your child wants to take boxing seriously then you need to be in any official ABA gym this is only ok for fitness but still definitely won't recommend it and this is coming from an experienced ABA boxer had my boy there for 6 months he wasn't taught any real skills apart from same basics warm ups every session day in day out when i and other parents raised the above issue's instead of rectifying the issues my 11yr old kid was told to leave glad we did now! was looking to go to a proper ABA gym anyway where every bout is officially recorded so this was always temp nothing more
