        Thanks to Matt for making a recent test drive such a welcoming and worthwhile experience. I was able to learn so much about the vehicle I was interested in which wouldn't have been possible had Matt not been so accommodating. Great service team Stratstone with an amazing showroom to boot! I would recommend anyone interested in purchasing a BMW, new or used, to make this dealership their first port of call!

        Absolutely awful experience with this branch. A whole catalogue of issues when I purchased my vehicle. They did not handle my complaint properly at all. Issues included a new dent appeared on the car on the day of collection, a wasted trip from Essex to Derby thereafter, as well an incorrect invoice which they never rectified. Took me months to get any response at all. Try calling them is a joke. Robert Hamilton - Head of Business was utterly useless. Arrogant and rude. Avoid buying from here!!!! I have since dealt with another branch and told them about my shocking experience at the Derby store. They were not surprised!
