    absolutely awful service. waited 4 months instead of the 4-6 weeks quoted. when blinds came, only 3/4 of the order was complete, and still not completed to date.

    Wrong blinds! Quoted for shutters and paid up front - big mistake! Fitter came 4 weeks later and fitted the wrong ones! Some of the parts were missing so they were never finished and we were told they would come back to finish the wrong blinds before fitting the correct ones made another appointment and the never showed up. On the 3rd appointment some of the parts were missing again and we are still left with unfinished shutters. The fitter told us that the shutters we ordered dont even exist anymore! We called the office to express our disappointment and was told that someone would come the following day to fix this immediately- of course no one showed up yet again. I called again and demanded to speak to a manager, which conveniently wasnt there, so I was told that he would call me first thing in the morning- he/she never did. So we are left with unfinished, wrong and wonky shutters! Dont waste your time with this company.

    RIGHT Blinds? This company should be renamed WRONG BLINDS. They are a complete joke. They cannot seem to get anything right. Their Facebook adverts were misleading people into thinking their offer applies to "any type of blinds" but it did not apply to Venetians or roller blinds and that post has now been removed, so too has my comment! Some of their office staff do not know how to speak to customers properly when there is a complaint. So I ended up going down to their premises to speak to the owner, I was so disgusted. Their 'surveyor' pressurised us into ordering by claims of speeding up orders if we paid IN FULL, up front, which we did, gullible fools that we were, it was a complete fallacy. Our Venetian blind arrived and it was of the wrong materials to what we had ordered. Apparently this was the suppliers of the Venetian blind's fault! Our roller blind was fitted badly. The pelmet which was 'upsold' to us, was damaged across the top and yet was still fitted as the fitter didn't notice it was damaged. Hmmmmm! The first roller blind was fitted without end caps. When the fitter came back the second time he said "sometimes they supply them, sometimes they don't, I don't know why."! The pelmet on the second roller blind was missing the matching fabric insert. Another complaint.... The third fitting was scheduled. Then it was cancelled and a reason given. I rebooked it for today. The fitter has just left because the fabric insert he was handed was the wrong colour! Pppffffff! I'm speechless. This company are a joke. That's all I can say. Do not go by their Facebook reviews. Read the reviews on Google. Note also that their Facebook page adverts mostly didn't allow me to comment. I could not leave a review either. Why was that, I wonder? Maybe I'd been blocked? I wonder? My husband and I were promised by the owner "Lennie", that he'd only ever had two unsatisfied customers and he would move heaven and hearth to make sure we were happy. He'd pay for flowers, a meal out...whatever it took to make sure we were happy... We've seen none of that, no sign of any form of goodwill gesture. It's all hot air! I just want the job done properly, the first time, without any false promises and at the right price! UPDATE I've had a phonecall to book in the next fitters visit. I remained calm, polite and professional throughout. This was despite being told that the suppliers had changed batch numbers and that's why the insert didn't match the blind. They changed it by several shades lighter??? Well I never.... I did question why I had been blocked on Facebook and was told it was because "you keep posting negative comments". I clarified, this was a single comment I had made to make them aware they were mis-selling by stating "any type of blind" instead of "on vertical blinds" (because the word 'type' suggests vertical, Venetian, Roman etc etc) and they were using the wrong vocabulary. They clearly couldn't see that when they posted a reply and then the person told me that they were a family business and they didn't want negative comments and reviews. She also stated that they had seen that I had put a review on Google and on Facebook. My response was "yes because you delete all negative comments, block unhappy customers who have spent good money with you and your Facebook page reviews are a distortion of the real status quo".
