We were very pleased with the quote for the blinds but we have had them fitted today and when I got home I noticed they had fitted the wrong ones downstairs

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to contact to arrange someone to come and measure up & the lads were quick and efficient to get the blinds up. They look lovely and I will be ordering again soon for the living room! Many thanks!

Initially felt like a great service, Saturday appointment, 1 week installation slot but then it went wrong. Blinds installed the wrong way, opening to the same side as the window as opposed to opposite (they decided which way to install without discussing), this then left a load of blinds with mechanisms showing as they were the wrong way, cords broke. It took about 4 months to get a reply and turns out the wrong cords were used but only replaced a handful that were broken and left all the others with the wrong cords (no doubt they will break soon too). Continued to install the wrong way and left countless holes in the wall. Just overall shocking service and no attention to detail as its left most blinds opening the wrong way so we can't open windows without them blowing everywhere.
