        Took my daughter's bike that had been assembled at home and my daughter had been riding for a while. The handle bar was loose (reason I took it in) gentleman took one look at it and said he'd have to take the whole thing apart and put it back together just to be safe. I asked him how much extra it'd cost me and he said it actually worked out pretty much the same (Set prices and all that) I loved that he didn't take advantage of me and charge me more (I wouldn't have known the difference) Very very professional and friendly guys.

        Great experience for my 9 year old daughter. Good selection of bikes in different sizes. First bike she chose herself! Was surprised she said that given she's had 4 bikes before this one ;) kids....
