        I bought my first ebike from Cyclo Monster this year and the whole experience was first class. Steve and his team helped me choose accessories like mudguards, lights etc which I'd need for my commute. When I collected the bike, Steve gave me a full rundown of the controls, battery charging and removal and all the other things that I'd need to know with this type of bike. Really pleased with it and I'd highly recommend Cyclo Monster to anyone!

        I was very impressed by the attention l was given when buying my first E-bike the sales staff Steve Ingram was very helpful and knowledgeable l would certainly recommend buying a bike from this shop in Spondon Derby

        Really lucky to have this independent bike shop locally. Their customer service is excellent and they were able to fix an indexing issue I had at short notice. Far better to go here than a franchised bike garage for the knowledge, expertise and friendliness. Thank you so much Cyclo Monster team!
