Big thank you to Luke and the team for helping me out when I was knocked off my bike they offered a free estimate which then turned into, once the insurance company were involved a brand new bike which Lukes team specd fully to my old bike with the help of the measurements from uk bike fit. I literally didnt lift a finger and they are so knowledgeable - nothing was too much trouble and in now have a better bike than before due to their expertise ! Cant wait for the cafe great idea - thanks again all Gina x

Purchased a number of bikes from the guys and also had bikes serviced with them, always been extremely happy with the level of service and attention to detail. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending them for sales and servicing. Keep up the good work, see you soon for winter servicing!

Vlo Bavarian have been servicing my bike for the last 18 months. The whole team are so encouraging, always happy to answer questions and provide a great service. When I came to making the decision to get a new bike they were the obvious choice. They took time to make sure I had the right bike for purpose and fit for me, asking me questions, never putting pressure but when I did make my mind up the bike was here within days. Took my road bike for a silver service at Velo Bavarian. Great customer service and did the service ready for the day after. Would definitely recommend as a bike shop! Had another trip down to Velo Bavarian today and Luke / Alex helped me out with my cassette! Great service, Thanks again!
