Sharps Bedrooms

Terrible quality, I wish wed taken the time to find a local joiner rather than use Sharpes. Spent 5k on a built in wardrobe, covered in scratches and scuff marks, enough left over wood to build a boat. Door handles have fallen off after 4 weeks. Customer care not interested. Avoid!!!!

If I said they were bad that would be lying they are abysmal. We spent 8k having 2 bespoke units made and attempted fitting. 1st the salesman is full of the usual sales gumf , 2nd the designer comes to your property and makes a total hash of designing the units to the space they are to be fitted in. 3 the day of fitting arrives 4 days booked off work to be at home during the fitting , fitter turns up ,states he can't fit any of the units for numerous reasons but the main one is the designer has messed all fitting diagram and it doesn't work. 250 later after having an electrician in to move sockets the fitter discovers that large quantities of parts are missing, just small items like the base of the units. The fitter then states the 4 day fitting is more like 7 days. In 1 day customer services were called 6 times and nothing was sorted, if I could get my money back I'd throw the lot out of the window and start again.
