Katrina is very knowledgeable and certainly knows her stuff. She was quick to greet us when we entered the shop, she was friendly and listened to our needs. Katrina was able to explain product differences clearly and she gave us space to shop the store in a relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. The mattresses we chose were delivered within the week by two friendly and polite delivery men. We are delighted with our new mattresses, thank you.

Hubby & I needed a new mattress we had our previous one from the bed centre many many years ago and it's been fantastic. so thought we would return there We was greeted with a smile by (lovely) Katrina she is so very welcoming we said what we needed . She took us up to the next floor and said i will leave you to browse & Stuart would be with you shortly . Stuart (AKA) ( Rainman ) Came up and introduced himself and he said I recognise you? We explained his dad actually sold us our other mattress . He asked us about the previous mattress He then pointed out 3 mattresses we might like . We got on the bed to try I was yes /no ? Has we did informed about the mattresses. We choose one so we are happy again Stuart is amazing he really knows his stuff there's NO sales pitch or gargon He just wants what's right for you and your needs We felt listened to really an really looked after by both Stuart & Katrina Overall this is a family run business putting the customers first The other bonuses are they deliver and take your old mattress away Please go along and see for yourself We recommend this business a million per cent Many thanks Stuart & Katrina for your care and the We had Teresa & Alan

I have been buying beds from here since Stuarts, father first opened many years ago. We recently brought 2 Ottoman beds from Katrina, who was very friendly informative and helpful in getting them delivered to us in Chesterfield, where we have recently relocated. Thank you.

From the moment you walk into Derby Bed Centre you wont go wrong the staff are welcoming and friendly i explained my back problem and they recommended a mattress which was delivered within a week i can honestly say i have never slept so well since keep up the good work brilliant 5 star service
