The products are amazing, but Ive always had issues with customer service for 3 consecutive years. I hate leaving bad reviews but I felt compelled. I absolutely love each of their products, but Ive had delivery issues almost each time. I really want them to cater to customers, as they already are winning with their product line. Its more disappointing when youve spread the word for them for so long.

Would Keep away, awful customer service. Submitted an order on 5th Jan and still not heard anything. Reached out many times but still no response. I had asked them to then cancel and refund at which point they finally submitted the order but still had not emailed to say why the order had been delayed. When you leave comments about orders on their instagram they delete the comments instead of dealing with the issue. I would advise trying a different brand as I have had countless issues with deliveries every time I have ordered, this was the last straw. Absolute awful service!

I've been using these products for a very long time and seem to have gone downhill. The products feel cheap and consistency doesn't seem to be there no more. I explained that the shampoo isn't the same and isn't cleansing my hair properly, I ordered 4 bottles and I was disgusted that I had raised these concerns and my messages were being ignored, as a loyal customer I am really disappointed and will not be ordering again.

The hair oil has really worked for me. Slowly but surely, I can see little hairs at the front that were bald ages ago. Even before I wore hijab and when I first started wearing hijab, I made the mistake of tying my hair back way too tight. Regretted it when I lost hair and my hairline. Hairloss is also part of PCOS which many women suffer with. I wanted something that wasn't steroid based as that's all the doctors offered. Came across your page via Naheeda and it's been a game changer. I've used your tips and tricks too and I can see a change in my hair. It's a long waiting game but I know it'll be worth it for healthy hair. Thank you xxxxx
