Poor service. Ridiculous opening hours for a bank.

This is the worst bank I've ever used. It claims to be good for using abroad. I'm on week 4 of a 10 month trip and every other day I have to deal with virgin messing up. They use the app to approve things, great, then they decline it claiming its not you. You tell them you have no sim to call them. They don't care and tell you there is nothing they can do about it. Your an online bank yet everything is done by post. You changed my name back after I legally changed it. Honestly the worst customer service and bank in history. Never again, my biggest regret picking them.

WARNING. HARD TO GET YOUR MONEY!!! Made to feel like a criminal in the bank today, just for wanting to withdraw My own money, really hard work trying to withdraw my own money, was told i was acting shady for not wanting to disclose in full details what I was spending my own money on, and apparently all this uncomfortable treatment was to protect me, was told I might have to wait 2 weeks to get my money, my advice is to get your money out of this bank ASAP.

Excellent service today 1/2/23. Never been before and needed some help and advice with existing historical accounts. Was made most welcome and everything explained in terms I could understand.
