Very Roth staff not help with scam manager said its not our problem you do your self this branch have very low rating I dont no wye TSB not take action against this staff they been on Normanton road unprofessional staff same staf there right now

Called in Yesterday just on the off chance that I could sort out account queries. Fantastic service from both the lady on the front desk and Azair Aziz. They were both extremely helpful and sorted our questions efficiently.

Been reported to the financial obudsman regarding to the so called bank manager of Jenny Newton. Avoid at all cost to go into this branch shockingly disgusting service! Ill see what action theyll take regarding to this.Proper actions have to be taken in this branch from the headquarters. I personally dont want to feed this behaviour. Im waiting to see what action theyll be taken to this lady. Im wishing you best of luck for your future Update 18/7/2022 Ive received a letter from the customer relations of this worse bank Ive ever visited stating that we have done nothing wrong thats all in my expectation with this particular bank as I will not expect theyll have taken proper action or investigation towards a situation as theyre in serious lack of leadership and management. Now weve go through this step internally with TSB and its the time to escalate it to the financial obudsman service in London.Ill be lodging a complaint and escalated it so it will caught their attention for future references when it comes to internal investigation that this has to be improved.

I was recently the victim of credit card fraud .it had been done skillfully by the perpetrator that I had not not noticed it on my monthly statements .the lady manager told me to sit down (she couldn't offer me a whiskey ),though I had several later .I wish to say on their behalf that they were just all so good to me and after lots of phone calls to the fraud department my account was sorted out and my money refunded in not much more than a day and a half .no fuss .just professional excellence .thanks to all at East st ,derby .
