        Unorganised and unapologetic staff. Had an appointment booked 1 month ago and they call me the day before my appoitnment to tell me its been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstance. Offered me an appointment for 2023. 3 months wait for 1 appointment. No wonder they have staff shortages. The lady on the phone didnt even try to help me, just hung up when i asked if anything can be done. I'm more shocked than annoyed now.
