Rang up for some window motors for my forester they went and checked they had them in stock and called me back. Picked them up from the shop and they were on the counter waiting. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend and will be using again. Thank you!

Well what can I say. The company did not mess up delivery but the carrier agent. I had a call from a lady who explained the error. My parcel ha ING been returned to their company. But had to instruct the carrier of change of address. I called back the following day and got a man on the phone who relayed my new delivery day to another NEW carrier to deliver in London. I received my package within the 3 days stated by the man on the phone. Carrier company was on door step at 6am. So a job well done! A company that cares about their customers and service they provide them.well done. Both people were curtious, listened, were polite and professional.and dealt with my situation swiftly. Will recommend and will use them again.
