Barrett And Day were recommended to us by a friend, we hired them to design and project manage an extension and renovation of our semi-detached house. Everything happened when we were told it would and we really appreciated the regular updates. Ed expertly guided us through the design and planning stages, his efforts made the building work feel far less overwhelming. We were impressed by the whole process and would thoroughly recommend.

Edward and Richard worked with us from the initial concept, right through to achieving full planning approval (with a tricky planner!) and negotiations with contractors. They worked with us throughout the process and really took the time to understand what we wanted and what we needed. Guiding us through the planning process, they gave our sketched ideas the expert design input that they needed. The final plans were accepted by the planners without any fuss. Edward and Richard were responsive to questions, were forthcoming with advice and thoughtful recommendations and completed what theyd promised, on time. If youre looking for friendly, expert advice and designs, then Barrett and Day Projects should definitely be on your list.

We have been very impressed with Barrett + Day, they were efficient, trustworthy and good value. Edward came to see us as we were planning a two-storey extension to the side of our house, he listened to our ideas and spent time with us to come up with a great design. The drawings were prepared quickly and the application was submitted on our behalf, Edward dealt with the local council for us throughout. We got planning permission without any problems and we are very pleased.
