        A certain member of staff (not saying name ) was very rude on the phone to me. She shouted down the phone to me because apparently it was not an emergency or necessary at the time which it was for my dogs health. All we wanted was my dogs records to be sent over to another place asap because she urgently needs surgery as struggles with her breathing . All the other staff are lovely as I spoke to another member of staff a few hours later about sending her records over (and of course complaining about the member of staff) she was really patient and helpful . Overall not a bad place most staff are nice and their work is great
