Highly recommended. I've been taking my cats for many years and the vets are fantastic with keeping them calm. The staff are very helpful and understanding.

We've been using Abbey now for a number of years with cats and dogs we have had over this time. The team (we generally use the Chellaston Practice) are kind, compassionate and professional. The Gold Plan we took out for our dog is excellent and I visited recently under this plan with my lurcher (Jackson) for his annual checkup and jab etc. The service I received by Dr Matteo Malinverno was 1st class. Thank you folks for your continued care and support. Brilliant vets. 10/10.

Over the past few years we have used Abbey vets for all 3 of our dogs.During the last year our eldest boy Rags had a mast cell tumour removed it was found to be a very aggressive cancer and we didnt expect him to live another few months but with the help of Nick Burrell he had almost another 12 months of a good quality of life for which we will be forever grateful. On his last day we took him took him to chaddesden as he hadnt been well for a few weeks on that morning we saw Matteo his kindness and professionalism as we said our last goodbyes was something we will never forget.Thank you to all concerned for everything.The sympathy card we received today was a lovely gesture.
