TGI Fridays - Derby

This was a great restaurant to go drinking at, with a flashy design that includes decorations like guitars and bicycles! The counter is well-presented, staff were nice and the seating is comfortable. Me and my friend enjoyed our cocktails, although the service was rather on the slow side.

Was queued up for over half an hour with the kids last weekend, only to be told by the waitress after being guided to the table that all grill chicken items are not available. Running out of certain menu items is understandable, but why dont they tell while customers are waiting so they can look elsewhere ?

What sets TGI apart is the service. I often come here with my kid's as the waitresses are fantastic with them **Update** In the last 12 months they have hired many more staff which means waiting times have significantly come down. The staff they have are the reason why I come here. I have no complaints about the food but the staff are absolutely fantastic which is what sets them apart from all the other restaurants you will find in the Derbion.
