Mine was an exceptionally positive experience. The friendly and highly knowledgeable staff at Derbyshire Tax Services consistently went out of their way to help me with a complex overseas tax situation. Patiently and with constant support, David at the company also resolved my 'case' completelypersistent, professional and efficient in the extreme. They contacted HMRC numerous times on my behalf, and provided factsheets relevant to my case both for my local tax authority and HMRC. Then happily interpreted these to me where it needed the guidance of an expert. I have rarely dealt with a team which is so evidently on top of everything; is prepared to go to any lengths to solve every obstacle thrown in my way by bureaucracy; and to do cheerfully and effectively.
