Lancashire Gates made my automated gates 2 years ago. The service since has been abysmal. The gates no longer close as they grate along the drive. I have phoned them 8 times in the last 4 months, asking them to fix the problem. They tell me to leave my phone number and they'll come back to me. They never do. In desperation, I went to the house twice as it's nearby. First time, no answer. Second time, I explained the problem, and he assured me he would come round and fix it. I tried to make an appointment but he said it wasn't necessary, I didn't need to be there, he'd just come in and fix it. Even quoted a price. That was 9 weeks ago and still no sign of him. I have 2 dogs that can't be allowed into the garden - it's no longer dog-proof. He's totally unreliable and disinterested in repair work. Service: Custom carpentry services

I ordered custom gates in October 2021. I was told they would be built in May 2022 and accepted the long lead time due to the expected high quality. Since then the company have either just ignored my calls or told me that the gates would be made soon. As it is nearly 12 months since I ordered I have given up and gone elsewhere. You just cannot trust this company to do anything. A complete waste of time. Cut out the 12 month wait and go to someone else straight away !
