Went to screwfix Alnwick and was served by mark who went above and beyond to help me think he deserves the recognition for his service to screfix went to plumb Cente and the guy in there was no help at all thanks to srewfix !!!

The staff here are very polite and very knowledgeable. If you're not sure what you need, just ask. They do their best to help. They stock just about anything you can think of d.i.y wise and much more that you can't think of! Always my first port of call.

Totally terrible. Ap kept kicking me out. Drove 15 miles to collect it only to be told that in the after sales small print, that it wouldn't be there until tomorrow. And no I couldn't have a refund, I will have to go to that store again tomorrow (another 30 mile round trip) to get it. So much for helping the environment. Served by a very pleasant young man, who should be the CEO, as he had heard this many times before

Very helpful staff,good knowledge of products I was wanting to buy, very competitive price, you can park at the door.If they do not have what you want on site they make every effort to source the products at another store for your collection. In short excellent store, excellent products,excellent staff.I would highly recommend them .
