        Ok what can you say about a new build housing estate - as I write, about 90% are complete & occupied. The build quality appears to be reasonable & the estate is getting a homely feel to it. The road infrastructure needs a lot of attention, but in time will be sorted out. Location wise, you need a car to access the town, although some industrial estate shops are just about walkable. It is what it is, a new build housing estate.....
