At 3 30 at night today (21/06) the bus come around the area and didn't stop at the bus station where I was.
They said 'there were not people there'...
The driver on service should be sacked.
National express failed too.
I won't book with them again ever.
20 years and first time I had such unpleasant experience with national express.
I can't believe. Don't book!!!book uber straight away. Save your time and money and no headache.
