Lakeside Caravan Park Norfolk

Booked 3 caravans, rang up on Thursday to confirm the time we can enter the caravans, wasn't told on the phone that 1 caravan you couldn't use the toilet or shower! And the fridge and shower was mouldy, Even though it had been an issue for 2 weeks!! 2nd caravan, curtains hanging off, had to clean the bedroom cupboards before unpacking, the sink waste goes straight onto the grass and not into a drain, the 3rd caravan the window was hanging off which was reported in May when we stayed! Spoke to the owner and her attitude was disgraceful!! Customer service doesn't apply to her! She doesn't like any complaints and will not have any customer back who has to complain! AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here 1st time was great and wanted stay again then after that the 2nd time wasn't so good was told by manager things would be sorted for next time been this week starting from 13th August was absolutely diabolical from 3 parties went to speak to manager had an attitude so we left immediately and ended up home 3 days earlier losing out on money

These were absolutely fantastic, I was quite distressed, got me in with half an hour notice. Couldn't do enough to help me. Bonus that the site was beautiful and to top if off 20 quid a night. Thank you so much for your kindness
