        Even though I waited a long time for my car (Rav 4) which was not the fault of the dealership. I am more than happy with my car. The wait meant that I got a newer model and the time from build to pick was efficient. Rob the sales assistant was empathetic during the wait and was helpful and ran through everything when I picked up my car today. Very happy
