        Always helpful and friendly. Very efficient too. Even when I got my prescription details wrong, they did their best to put things right for me. When I realised I was wrong, I got a lovely smile with the comment well thats because were all human, not machines.

        My prescription was wrong more times than it was right because of the surgery. Cohens took over the ordering of my medicine and I have never had another issue and I no longer have to deal with rude people on the prescription counter in the surgery. Many thanks to all the staff ar cohens
