I have no idea how to express my feelings for this nursing home apart from the fact that the staff are amazing . My mother has spent a short time at the home and from the minute she arrived to the minute she left she has been cared for perfectly from everyone in what ever role they are carrying out . All I can say is the management are fab , nursing staff are fab , care staff fab , housekeeping staff fab , we were made to feel valued and listened too . Thank you so much xxx

All I can say is they really will take the greatest of care of everyone the staff are very kind and friendly ( they never stop busy for you all ) Thorncliffe Grange is always a nice place

My brother had only been a resident of this home very briefly before he was admitted to hospital as result of a pressure sore which had developed at a previous home. His overall condition deteriorated whilst in hospital and it was decided he should receive end of life care back at Thorncliffe Grange. Words cannot describe how touched I was to witness the tenderness of care for both him and his family. As a nurse of many years I have increasingly become disillusioned at the standard of care in most of the care facilities Ive visited in recent years, and, it was so refreshing to see such a high standard of care and commitment of all the staff we encountered. We shall be forever grateful to this establishment and would wholeheartedly recommend it for the care of your loved one.
