        Not a great experience handling my claim. If you're an insurance company, please don't use them. 1st Central, recommend you change claim dealers ASAP for a company that better reflects your own standards/views.

        Terrible service, I couldnt even get them on the phone to get updates on my claim. They also follow their script religiously is like talking to a robot 0 communication. If i could give no stars i would.

        They have wrong gmail adres and didnt contact with phone call to get information to do valuation..and after few months just when I contact my self and ask about my claim they told need more informationsow very pore communication
