Very disappointed with this company. Sold me a part for our baby 4mums baby rocker and when it arrived wouldn't fit, turns out I needed another 12 part that I had to reorder. My point being why didnt they tell me at the point of ordering? They offered a refund on the original 12 part, which I agreed to, if I sent it back and had to pay the 5 postage to return it. My point is they should pay the postage for supplying me with a part that wouldnt fit and not being knowledgeable with the parts. Terrible customer care.

Had a faulty stroller, which can be quite distressing as you don't want to be without one for your toddler for long. They fixed it promptly without charging anything for collection and delivery. Great communication, friendly customer service and quick turnaround. They even rang and emailed me for updates. Thank you!
