        Reggie was super helpful to me when Id lost all the info for some placemats Id reserved. They were the last set. He interrogated the system and tracked them down with patience and good-humour. I was truly grateful for such a positive experience.

        Terrible experience with store return. Bought an item only two months ago but cannot return it to store asking me to contact Manufacturer. Its clearly Argos responsibility to fix an item that has developed a fault not manufacturer as I bought an item from Argos not from manufacturer. Manager at this store is rude and unprofessional not helping at all. This won't go unnoticed as I will log a complaint about your attitude and behaviour towards certain people and you know very well what you do.

        A massive shout out to Kirsty the store manager here. I had an issue with an Ebay Click and Collect item that had been delivered to the wrong area of Sainsbury's. She went beyond the call of duty to try and locate the missing package.
