Martyn Johnson
Enforces a minimum spend of 3 on contactless payments. When I questioned if the policy was still legal, the shopkeeper "politely" stated she has plenty of custom, and that I have other shops to choose from. I spent over the 3 just so I could get my goods and leave. I looked up Visa/Mastercards terms and conditions, which states they cannot impose minimum spend if they wish to process card payments, went back in to show them this, and was hysterically screamed at, and asked to leave. I assume the minimum spend policy will change soon once their card processor catches on! Hopefully, their attitude will too!
