Where can I start with this one. First of all I would do due diligence with Companies House. And have a look at the recurring filing for insolvency and then they cancelled it over the last four years. I can only assume that its to get people off their backs who are chasing them, well for all sorts. I was unable to leave anything negative on their Facebook page or chase them up as it was removed instantly. They got our job in November 2019, we were contracted for 16 weeks and they abandoned our house, mid build after 16 months without informing us and still promising to finish but to no avail. January 2021 we instructed another builder to finish the job. Neil at WAU will not or cannot forward on the drawings to have the house signed off despite repeated requests and again constant empty promises that hell email them over right this moment.

Avoid at ALL costs. Had a job booked in to then find on Facebook that they were liquidating the business and leaving families with half done jobs to clear up the mess and bill. They are a scam, their website is still live yet they're hiding in their homes holding everyone's money. Neil and Paul fix this mess you've caused and give our money back.

A terrible business, very poor experience. WAU Design did work on the house next to mine. Not only did they do a terrible job they left the roof in such a state that pieces of it flew off and into our roof and garden. Thank god our children weren't out at the time. It took them months to come and repair the damage, but still to this day part of next doors roof is stuck on my roof. Not only that when they quoted me for work that another builder quoted 8000 for they wanted to charge me 35,000 and would not commit to any sort of start date. To add insult to injury they laughed and watched on as my wife drove her car into their poorly placed skip, just laughing rather than warning her. Seeing the work they did next door it was months over due date no surprise really when they turned up about 2 x 6 hours per week. I've seen their vans around the SK4 area and they drive like crazy swerving into other drivers. Do they not realise these people could be their next unsuspecting mug I mean customer.
