We called in Temple Maintenance (Mark) via a third party when we had an emergency in the form of a leak on an incoming pipe into our property. He arrived on time was extremely helpful and went above and beyond trying to fix this. He managed to stop the leak in order that we could get this sorted later which was the only option at the time due to how difficult it was to fix, this stopped any further damage. Based on my experience Mark was both professional and courteous, he also took pride in his work and would not leave without resolving this issue. I highly recommend his services. Mark has done various jobs for us (some at short notice). His work ethic is brilliant. The quality of work he has done for us is fabulous. He always advises you of what your best options are for the job you need and carries it out with minimum disruption. Always tidies up after himself and is always cheery and pleasant. We have other jobs lined up and it will definitely be Mark we choose to do them. Services: General repairs, Tile work replacement

Mark has completely renovated a property for me after it was left in a sorry state by a tenant. He was able to complete the work in good time, to a very good standard and is completely knowledgeable of all current legal requirements for letting properties. He seems to genuinely take pride in the work he does and is a really nice guy. I will now be using his services for all my other rentals, A GREAT GUY FOR LANDLORDS TO KNOW!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
