        Asked for a 0 gas card top up, in order to activate credit - as per my supplier email instructions. Shouted at & told to leave by the female worker who clearly has no clue how to use the pay point facility. No heating or hot water - thanks for your professional assistance NOT!

        If I could give it zero, I would. Too busy on personal phone call than to help with payment, this is a paypoint shop too, but they don't know how to use it so I was told
