Went to return parcel but no paper to print the label. He said if I go to another shop they will print the label and go back to them to send it. I asked why if they can print the label would they not send it too! Not helpful at all

Rude staff, went in last night and the young lad as good as threw my change at me and it's not the first time it's happened, won't be having my custom again!!

I went to send back my first Amazon via the Print In-Store device, I had followed the instructions on my pc : You do not need to package your return or print a shipping label. The man behind the counter was abrupt and told me it needs packaging, I tried to explain what the instructions were and he became more abrupt and would not help. I got the parcels wrapped and tried again. this time the code did not work! I asked for help please and he just shrugged his shoulders and carried on talking on his ear phone things. I went home asked a friend who said download the app and go back so i did that, but again it would not work. I again asked for help and the man said it had nothing to do with him, that was for me to work not him!! I thanked him for being so helpful and left. Has anybody else had this experience with this shop? His whole attitude towards me really upset me and believe me I do not get upset easily . I shall NOT be shopping here again!

Always found the shopkeeper to be helpful, had to collect a parcel recently and it was closed when it should have been open. Called back 3 times before I could collect. Very unusual! But a 1 off I think.
