        Ordered a thobe. They sent the wrong one, wrong brand, wrong size to what was advertised. Arrived scrunched up badly. Emailed and filled in a return request online... Called them many times but they don't reply. A month or so now and can't get hold of them. Waiting for their follow up email they said they'll send with an automated message since 1st August. These people are behaving like theives with a shop named 'Simply Islam'.

        These people sold me an item that was wrongly advertised and then didn't reply to my emails or pick up telephone calls. I filled in their 'ticket' two times and even opened a case with PayPal. Sadly, I allowed them too much time to reply and PayPal closed the case. Left with a wrongly sold item. Really just disgusting from a so-called 'Islamic' shop.
