Basically accepts too many walk ins and doesn't fit them around clients who have made appointments.
I waited nearly 2 hours over my app time on two occasions. Second time I rang to make appointment i made a point of saying that I had other arrangements and that I needed to be on time, I was assured that it would be.
However, I ended up walking out of the shop after waiting for so long.
Shame really as nice and friendly shop :-/
