This Scotts store Denton doesn't offer refunds. I thought this was illegal?? If you buy from here you cant then exchange at Manchester arndale as they use different tills? or so the girl on the till advised, yet they both trade under the same name and have the same head office address and sell the same products. Very strange. Basically if its a gift only expect an exchange as they dont refund.

Absolute joke of a company been waiting a month for a refund and still not got one. Plus its your fault I ordered a pair of shoes and only one shoe turned up!!!
