The team at Bridgfords work effortlessly for you. You pay for what get, although not the cheapest, when selling you want it done properly. Very informative valuation with great stats and information about the market. Photos arranged and on the market. If offers do not come in quickly they evaluate the situation and give good honest feedback. Once offers were made, buyers are qualified so no time wasters. Then the stress starts with solicitors. This is where Ryan and the team really stepped up. They kept in constant contact with all parties to ensure you are updated at all times. It sometimes felt they were doing work for the solicitors, mortgage advisors, banks and estate agents all in one. We also bought our new house through Bridgfords and cannot fault them. Yes we could have chosen a cheaper option but this can cost you in the long run, both financially and stress. What you need is to sell and buy with an agent that knows what they are doing and care about getting everything over the line. They are polite, have lots of patience and knowledgeable. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bridgfords. they do the job professionally and do what it takes and really work hard for you. You really do get value for the fee you pay. Thank you to Ryan and the whole team for keeping us sane during what was a stressful 6 Months. We are now very happy in our new home and sold our old home hassle free.
