Water Features 2 Go

Product failed within a few months. Sold with 2 year warranty. Tried to return it but they refused. Water feature has perished and is now leaking. Told me to put some silicone on it ! Absolutely disgraceful products and customer service. Avoid these clowns

Horrendous company to deal with. Water feature never arrived. Asked for a refund, it never arrived. Had to submit claim through credit card company. Do not use this company

I ordered and paid for the Granite Yin Yan water feature in July 2021. Didn't get delivery until October ( probably legitimate covid delays) No stones arrived with the feature. No instructions at all with the feature. Wrong pump hoses delivered, it took a few weeks and several e-mails with a further wrong size of hoses before this was sorted. Still no sign of the stones after almost a year despite me chasing up with support. After getting fed up about 9 months and could source stones elsewhere, I was advised that i could not get a refund for the 50 they charge for the stones on their website, because they were a complimentary item !! I thought I was doing them a favour as this would have saved them the cost of delivery to me. I am unable to find a complaints link or any contact details for any management on the internet, eventually found that they are registered as DIY 2 Go with companies house. No contact details available there. I would have liked to complain to Nicola Suzanne Windas or any other family member to let them know about my experience & what I thought of their useless condescending support team. I would advise staying well clear of this company. The link on their website of 5 star google reviews is false, take a true look & also on trust pilot and you will see the true amount of dissatisfaction from customers. Grrr - A very disappointed ex-customer !!

New water fearure arrived well packaged and undamaged, unfortunatly there was a fault on it but after contacting Water Features 2Go the problem was resolved within 2 days, excellent customer service by the company ( thank you Louise ). Bought the feature for my partners birthday and she is over the moon with it.

Some issues with supply, waited two months for delivery after being advertised as 3-6 days and in stock which lead to the order in the first place. However, I requested to cancel the order prior to it being shipped from them and the company has issued a full refund and apologised without hesitation.
