Barnardo's

I tried to drop some stuff off in the past i was refused because they said I needed a appointment before I can drop things off so this time I phoned in advance and the woman on the phone was a bit rude and I was told that I could drop no more than two blag bags per household and any plates or ornaments must be individually wrapped and boxed up before they will accept. Anyway when I arrived to drop off I didn't have a mask ( covid ) so shouted through the door I'll leave these here for the woman to shout back no you bring them in there's only a few people in the shop so I did then she proceeded to tell me next time I must wear a mask maybe next time get off your lazy ar#e and carry them through yourself no appreciation what so ever it's a charity shop not harrods I won't bother next time I'll try a different charity shop.

Was very happy to go in yesterday with my two year old and spend 4 on a massive box of play dough and cutting toys also. Happy child playing all day for a few pounds. Also noticed wooden jigsaws suitable for toddlers for 2 or 3 pounds. I dont look much at other stuff but my daughter enjoys getting a new toy when we visit for cheaper than it would be new

If your looking for somewhere to kick start your retail career or just something to do then barnardos is the place for you. I was a volunteer for over a year, and the moment I step into them doors I had nothing but support from the manger and assistant manager. Honestly you won't regret it

wow just been in this charity shop way over priced, jumpers that are plucked and tops that are laddered over 6.00. This is charity shop not a boutique could get better in prime mark just because they have M&S on the label
