TUI Holiday Superstore

I stopped using travel agents years ago. This evening I went to the Denton Tui to look for a cruise. The service I received was outstanding and could not believe the information and knowledge I received it was fantastic. Rianne was more than helpful and nothing I asked her was too much trouble. I had lots of questions and doubts about the cruise, she left no questions unanswered. This was so refreshing to see a young girl so interested in her job and my holiday. I will most definitely be using her again she is a credit to Tui they should be proud to have her own their team. I will most definitely tell any or my family or friends to book with her. Considering I was there over an hour she had so put practices and I felt I received a personal service ( which does not happen much in 2023). Thank you so much and hope to speak to Rianne soon.

I'd booked a holiday online and paid the deposit before realising I needed to travel earlier to avoid missing an appointment. Not a straight forward change as it meant changing airlines. Deborah (hope I've got that right) sorted everything out for me. Excellent service
