A nightmare of a company, never again will I order from them. Been waiting from beginning of September for my order. Had to open a dispute to even get them to reply, its constant go to our live chat were they completely ignore you.I did ask for refund but they have sent items out, without any tracking information. Items are not needed now as birthday present was for yesterday, already replaced. They don't listen to there customers or care. Please read reviews before ordering, wish I did!

Received everything in my order but 1 thing I most wanted to try. The products are amazing but I wouldnt recommend ordering as Ive reached out on several platforms several times and seem to be getting ignored. Just disappointing

Im only giving 1 star because you have to give something to leave a review. My advice to other customers - shop else where! I placed an order on the 5th of September and I am yet to to receive it! Despite numerous of attempts to contact via chat box, email & Instagram Ive had no correspondence. I have phoned as well and surprise surprise straight to voicemail! Scam artists spring to mind.

Wish I could leave minus stars!!! Placed an order beginning of aug! Still not received it. I was given a tracking number that doesnt work, I did receive emails back at first but now just being ignored. I have used this company before and never had an issue so Im Disappointed this has happened. WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

Ordered 25 worth of wax melts on the 14th September, got a shipped email on the 22nd and guess what, still nothing! I've tried ringing, emailing, commenting on the page and even the chat box that doesn't work and I've had no answer! I've ordered in the past and always liked the wax melts! Will not be ordering again!! Do not order from here. Lynn Bourke
