All of the lads have been very friendly and accommodating. All the work has been completed to an excellent standard and nothing has been too much trouble. If I could give Steve and the Belverdale team more stars simply put I would. They rescued me when another builder went awol leaving me with a leaking roof and half finished job. Steve came out swiftly when contacted and immediately sprung his whole team into action. Each person that has come on site has done an amazing job picking up and sorting out the mess to the point of completion all in under 5 weeks. Belverdale are honestly my guardian angels and I will be recommending them to everyone. I cant thank Steve and the team enough

We cant thank the Belverdale team enough! Having never done a house extension before we really needed someone to take control and lead the whole project. From our very first meeting with Steve, we could tell he was a force to be reckoned with! We were really impressed with their way of working, from the detailed billing to the ease and timeliness of communications. Whilst not the cheapest quote, Belverdale were THE company that gave us confidence that the build could be done on budget and on time. Steve walked us through every step of the build, gave us recommendations for Kitchen designers and flooring contractors. Every team member that came to work here were so polite and professional they cleared up after each day and left the site tidy and were just a thoroughly lovely bunch to have around! Their subcontractors are worth a special mention too as they were fantastic - Pavedway LTD, HD Plastering, AMP Electrical Ltd, and G.Bayley - Plumbing & Heating. Our single storey rear and side extension took 14 weeks from start to finish, including the kitchen fit and flooring it was on time and on budget there were no surprise bills along the way. We are truly delighted with the end result and the space its given us. We have just had the good fortune to have Belverdale complete our front and rear extensions. This sounds a lot of work and it was but Steve, Reece and their Team took it all in their stride and kept us involved throughout. What initially made me choose Belverdale was Steve's knowledge of house extensions and how he immediately visualised the project. The build went really well with the building regs all signed off and we now have a lovely new family home. Steve and Reece always reply to any queries quickly and clearly and are very patient in explaining everything. Thanks to all at Belverdale, we love being in and looking at our lovely new home.
