I phoned today to explain my crown which they previously did had fallen out to be told because I hadnt been in the last 12 months I had been taken off the NHS so had to pay private. I explained I had not been to the dentist due to having a stroke which I am still recovering from. The receptionist bless her spoke to her manager to see what could be done, she then came back on the phone to say her manager said no I would have to now be a private patient. Needless to say I cannot afford this Im totally disgusted that due to my circumstances I have been taken off their NHS register.
